Project Context
The Goschen mineral sands refinery is a proposed greenfield development in regional Victoria. Early engineering needed integrated civil and structural inputs to support permitting, investment decisions and EPCM mobilisation.

- Civil coordination on bulk earthworks, roads, drainage and pad levels
